UPshop helps sellers keep their orders, delivery requests, and fulfilment records in one place. Delivery companies can apply to become partners where they can support a seller's route and service needs.
Who this is for
This is for delivery businesses that can reliably collect, move, and update deliveries for merchants. A partner may cover a neighbourhood, one or more states, or nationwide routes. Partners are shown to sellers only where their active coverage and service fit the buyer's destination.
What a delivery partner provides
- Coverage: pickup and delivery areas the partner can serve.
- Services: the delivery services offered, including any route or parcel conditions.
- Price guidance: fixed fees, estimates, or a quote-needed option by coverage area, so sellers can set clear expectations with buyers.
- Support contact: a dependable contact channel for delivery questions and exceptions.
- Payment instructions: direct payment details that are reviewed before they are shown to sellers.
How onboarding works
- UPshop reviews the partner profile, service coverage, and operating contact.
- Both parties agree the commercial and data-sharing arrangements appropriate for the service.
- The partner's coverage, services, price guidance, support contact, and direct-payment instructions are configured and reviewed.
- The connection is tested before a controlled activation. Only then can eligible sellers select the partner for matching routes.
Payments and fulfilment evidence
Sellers pay delivery partners directly. UPshop does not collect, hold, or confirm those delivery payments. A seller can submit a payment claim, but delivery milestones are recorded only when the delivery company provides authenticated acceptance, pickup, or delivery evidence.
Partner access and allowances
Delivery partners use an UPshop access plan that is designed around accepted delivery requests. A request counts toward an allowance only after the carrier has authenticated its acceptance; requests that are merely prepared, cancelled, or never accepted do not count. The partner's plan and allowances are handled separately from the seller's direct payment to the delivery company.
