more features, we offer affordable premium plans starting at ₦2,500/month.
How do customers place orders?
Customers browse your online catalog, add items to their cart, and checkout. The order is sent to
your WhatsApp with all the details. You can then confirm the order and arrange payment and delivery.
Do I need technical skills to use UPshop?
Not at all! UPshop is designed to be user-friendly. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use UPshop. Our
dashboard is intuitive, and setting up your store takes less than 10 minutes.
How do I get paid?
UPshop supports multiple payment options. Customers can pay via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or
online via Paystack (for premium users). You set up your bank account details in the dashboard and
manage payments directly.
Can I use my own domain?
Currently, your store is accessible via a unique UPshop subdomain (e.g., yourstore.upshop.ng).

What delivery options are available?
You can offer pickup at your location, local delivery within your area, or nationwide shipping.
Delivery fees can be configured in your dashboard based on your business model.
How do I manage my inventory?
Your dashboard has an inventory management section where you can track stock levels, set low-stock
alerts, and update quantities. Products with zero stock are automatically hidden from your
storefront.
Is my data secure?

information and customer data are handled securely and never shared with third parties.
