The Three Tiers
🟠 New Seller
Every store starts here. You've just created your store and are building your track record. This isn't a bad thing — everyone starts somewhere. Focus on fulfilling your first orders promptly.
✅ Active Seller
You've earned this when you reach:
- 10+ orders fulfilled
- 30+ days active on UPshop
This badge tells buyers: "This seller has a proven record of fulfilling orders." It shows on your store page and in the marketplace.
🏆 Reliable Seller
The highest tier. Requirements:
- 50+ orders fulfilled
- 90+ days active
- Under 5% cancellation rate
Reliable sellers appear first in search results and are featured in the Verified Sellers Directory. This badge is a powerful trust signal that directly increases sales.
How to Earn Your Badge Faster
- Fulfil every order promptly — Mark orders as fulfilled in your dashboard immediately after delivery
- Don't accept orders you can't fulfil — If you're out of stock, update your product listing. A cancelled order hurts your score.
- Stay active — Log in regularly, keep your catalog updated, respond to customers quickly
- Be patient — The system checks automatically. When you meet the thresholds, your badge upgrades immediately.
